1. Stay uninjured
2. Run 3600-4000km for the year
3. Try and do 70-80km weeks consistently, maybe even go up to 100-110km/week
4. 20+km long run most weeks, try and do some Wednesday long runs as well (difficult during semester)
5. Try and do 3 speed sessions most weeks
6. Have a couple of fun run wins
7. Good results and prizes at Christchurch, Trentham, Sussan

800m - 2.28 (2.25 - club record)
1500m - 4.52 (4.48)
3km - 10.30 (10.17 - club record)
Tan - 14.00 (13.45)
4km - 14.50 (14.30)
5km - 18.30 (18.00)
6km - 22.45 (22.00)
8km - 30.30 (30.00)
10km - 38.20 (38.00)
12km - 48.00 (47.00)
15km - 60.00 (59.30)
21.1km - 1.28 (1.26)
Other goals:
1000km cycling for the year
36.5km swimming for the year (100m per day average)
Do at least one session of core exercises, strength training, physio exercises per week
Stretch and get massages
Work 5-15 hours per week (up to 30 on holidays)
Pass year 1 and 2 medicine
