These are my goals for 2008 - a big year because it is my final year at school.
First of all a goal for VCE - above 98 for my ENTER score (95 at the very lowest).
For running
*Run more than 900kms (2007's total) preferably close to 1500-2000
*Run at least 100kms for at least 9 months of the year
Time goals (major goals in brackets)
*800m - 2.30 (2.25)
*1500m - 5.25 (5.15)
*3km - 12.00 (11.30)
*4km - 16.00 (15.30)
*5km - 20.30 (19.30)
*6km - 25.00 (24.30)
*8km - 35.00 (34.00)
*10km - 43.00 (42.00)
*15km - 1.10.00 (1.07.30)
*21.1km - 1.38.00 (1.35.00)
*Run at least 20 races and at least 2 half marathons
For cycling
* Cycle at least 850kms (2007's total), preferably
For indoor cricket
* A premiership of course (we have 3 under our belts)
General health and fitness
* Get well again
* Have than 6 colds (8 in 2007)
* Regularly do strength exercises (such as Pump class)
