In the last 24 hours I have run 17km and done 4 runs.
Last night I had to drop a form over to the Richmond president's house so that was about 4km.
This morning I did about 2km then I came home coz I needed water and a pee break.
Then I headed out and did 6x4oom with warm up and cool down and recovery in between - total 8km.
Then I did running club at lunchtime - 3km at a good pace.
Then tomorrow I am actually going to school cross country training for the first time ever. It's at the Tan so hopefully it'll be fun.
Then on Thursday I'm doing a VO2 max test in PE (of course my class voted for me to do it!) so I might run between 3 and 6 km then.
